Composer and pianist
He studied at the Escolania of the collegiate church of Santa Anna in Barcelona under Josep M. Ballvé. He later studied piano under Isaac Albéniz and Joan Baptista Pujol, and harmony and composition under Felip Pedrell. Thanks to a scholarship from Barcelona City Council, he moved to Paris where he furthered his studies with Charles Widor. A pneumonia ended his life before the age of thirty. He composed multiple works for piano, organ and voice and piano.
