Biography

Cellist

He studied at the Escola Municipal de Música de Barcelona. He traveled to Brussels where he studied at the Royal Conservatory under Jacques Gaillard and later moved to Berlin to further his studies with Jean Berardy. In 1911 he became a soloist with the Kurhause Orchestra. He returned to Barcelona at the end of 1912, and became a member of the Barcelona Trio. In the pedagogical field, he taught at Acadèmia Granados, which would be later called Acadèmia Marshall.
