Capella de música de la Catedral de Tarragona

History:
Music chapel of the Gothic-style cathedral, seat of the Archbishopric of Tarragona. It developed an important activity throughout its history for being one of the centres of exchange and dialogue between Valencian and Catalan musicians. Important Kapellmeisters include Joan Pau Pujol, Felip Olivelles and Joan Crisòstom Ripollès, who was in office between 1708 and 1746. The music chapel is still active today.
